We love the family room. Very comfortable and worth the money staying at the hotel. Staff were friendly and we think the hotel is clean too.

The room has 3 beds and 2 toilets which is very convenient for group travellers. AC is relatively new and works perfectly

It's a good location, this is my second stay, but it's worse than the first time, the sound of air-conditioning woke me up in the middle of the night, last time there was a refrigerator, this time there was no refrigerator

Location is good. Room size is good. There's a rack for luggage and hanging of clothing.

The location was good, with lots of restaurants nearby, massage center, saloons, stores. At night there are a lot of hawker foods around there.

The receptionist was very friendly. She was accommodating. The rooms very simple and OK. It was clean. Despite it’s location, it wasn’t noisy. So, we slept peacefully.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They greeted me with a big smile have a small chat with us. The customer service was superb!
